The original design that became famous was a long-sleeved, fitted top made of silk jersey with a skirt that wrapped around the body and tied at the waist. Our Gianna is a slightly updated twist with a sewn wrap and elastic at the waist...no battling getting the self tie wrapped around. You simply tie the belt where you want it.
