If Fringe scarves were to create a self titled album, it would be Stick Your Neck Out And Tie One On!  This tagline was the inspiration behind this company. A name (Fringe) is nothing without character (tagline, insert here)... Stick Your Neck Out And Tie One On!

Fringe had been wanting to release a Stick Your Neck Out And Tie One On wild rag for some time. The owner went to her friend Ron Bonge for a little help. He drew these great characters and they put them together to create one of my favorite little retro inspired scarves! Growing up in North West South Dakota, the owner wanted to use neighbor's brands to adorn the edges of this design.
