Dear John Cecily Top

Dear John has got you covered with the Cecily top in Botanical Ditsy.  The blouse has covered buttons down the front and has a front and back yoke that is ruched. Tiny gathers around the neck and at the hem of the long sleeves add sweetness to the top. There is a self-tie at the neck. Runs big so size down for a slimmer look.
